14.08.16 – P’Daeng’s Green Curry, Pun Pun Farm, Chiang Mai, Thailand
It wasn’t too long after we arrived at Pun Pun, that Bianca discovered P’Daeng and Nong and their incredible cooking. She would help out any time she could. Works for both of us. Bianca gets to cook and learn about Northern Thai cuisine and Nathan gets to taste amazing food!
For a community that lives sustainably and cooks vegetarian food (except for the use of mackerel) their food is out of this world, creative and super tasty. There is always a mix of rice, curries, salads, soups and fresh fruit and vegetables served at every meal.
Our favourite dish was P’Daeng’s Green Curry. It was the best curry we’ve ever had.
