28.08.16 – Local Food Markets, Bangkok, Thailand

During our time in Asia, we have stayed in Bangkok on three separate occasions. Each time at our beloved Red Planet Hotel on Surawong Rd. And each time we have eaten at the local food markets around the corner. On our first visit in March we were overwhelmed by the food, especially with so much variety and limited English on display, but we both found our favourite.

Bianca fell in love with a chicken noodle soup and Nathan with a pad Thai. Each time we went back, we went to the same ladies for the same delicious food. On our last visit Nathan found a stall that sold bread rolls that had been toasted and covered with butter, sugar and condensed milk. His dream!
